On July 25, 2017, Professor XU Qi, Honorary Chairman of Guizhou Provincial Literature Federation, Executive Chairman of Confucius Academy Academic Board, President of Guizhou Association of Philosophy, led his delegation to participate in the First Chungcheong International Forum of Confucianism. Professor XU Qi on behalf of Guiyang Confucius Academy signed the strategic cooperation agreement with South Korea South Chungcheong Province Historic Culture Research Institute of Confucianism and delivered the keynote speech upon invitation at the forum.
Professor XU Qi has introduced the promotion on Chinese traditional cultures, academic researches and other activities made by Guiyang Confucius Academy in recent years covering the architectural composition, traditional cultural activities, advanced academic study and training, development of cultural and tourist industry, etc. Moreover, he also proposed the suggestion for exchange and cooperation to South Chungcheong Province Historic Culture Research Institute of Confucianism and made ebullient invitation to the participants from all walks of life, welcoming to Guizhou Province and Guiyang Confucius Academy for sightseeing and exchange.
